JET™ – Junior Endurance Training

GOAL

To improve strength and cardiovascular conditioning and endurance in order to successfully participate in any sport or activity.

STRUCTURE

Coach led class with a focus on form and conditioning.  After two weeks of basic conditioning, each participant will have an individualized assessment in order to customize the programming for maximum gain. Activities include running, biking, swimming, sit-ups, push-ups, burpees, squats and light barbell and dumbbell strength training.

Fee:  $50 per month for training only

Age: 13 through 16 years of age
