Within our GPP® General Fitness Training, we will hit all 10 aspects of physical health. Cardiovascular/Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. Each workout builds on the one before and averages out to be about 30 minutes each day. We are capable of modifying each movement, dependent on individual needs, without compromising the intent of each workout. We safely guide our peeps each day to help them achieve their goals.
All of our classes are coach lead. Our coaches are here to assist you. These workouts are for you. Get everything you can out of them. Our coaches are capable of modifying each movement depending on your needs without compromising the intent of each workout. If you are new to GPP, we recommend that you start at 50% of the workout for a minimum of 2 weeks and as much as 4 weeks. We follow the mantra of safety first!
